What We Scope Per Engagement
Each of these is a build, not a feature waiting in the box. They are listed here so a technical evaluator can tell the difference before the first call rather than after signing.
SCORM / xAPI packaging
The library is not delivered as conformant packages. Because it ships as plain MP4 and WebVTT with no runtime attached, wrapping it for a specific LMS profile is clean work — and it is work we build for your target system.
Scoped custom workStructured metadata export
Question sets ship chapter-wise as PDF today. A CSV or JSON export written to your own field names, item model and identifiers is produced against your schema, not pulled off a shelf.
Scoped custom workDifficulty-level tagging
Difficulty is not part of the current question metadata. Applying levels across the bank to a rubric you define is scoped work with its own review pass.

Re-map the NCERT chapter structure onto a state board syllabus, a custom syllabus or your own learning-object model. The standard licence ships the NCERT structure as it stands.

Every asset resolves at a stable hosted URL, so a QR code printed in a physical book can open the exact matching resource. Building that mapping against a specific title is a scoped project.

Four steps, in this order. The written technical review sits before the proposal deliberately — so you know what is a gap before anyone talks about numbers.
Scope call
You describe the grades and subjects you need, the formats your platform consumes, the frameworks you map to, and the languages and markets you publish into. No proposal is written before this.
Technical review
We go through your requirements line by line and confirm — in writing — what ships as-is from the standard library and what has to be built. Where something is a gap, you get told at this stage, not later.
Proposal
You receive a written proposal covering the deliverables, the timeline and the commercial terms for your scope specifically. Custom engagements carry no public price list; each one is quoted against what it actually contains.

Content and any scoped build are delivered together, and our team stays available to your engineers through ingestion, structure checks and go-live.

The content was produced to be moved, not to be locked into one delivery system. These five notes answer most of what an architecture review asks before the commercial conversation begins.
Assets are delivered as files you host yourself, which keeps CDN choice, access control and analytics entirely on your side of the boundary.
Format-agnostic by design
MP4, WebVTT and PDF, with no proprietary player, DRM wrapper or runtime attached. The files behave like any other media in your stack, which is why they drop into an existing LMS, app or web player without a compatibility exercise.
Chapter-level mapping for programmatic ingestion
Every resource is addressed by class, subject and chapter, so ingestion can be scripted against that hierarchy and reconciled with your own taxonomy in code rather than by hand.
Stable hosted URL per asset
Each resource resolves at its own persistent address. That is what makes deep-linking from your app — and QR codes printed in physical material — point at one exact video or note.
Captions travel as sidecar files
WebVTT is delivered alongside the video rather than burned in, so caption display, language switching and text indexing stay under your platform’s control.
Exports and wrapping are additive
Structured metadata exports and SCORM or xAPI packaging sit on top of these same files as scoped additions. They are a build, not a different edition of the content.
